Because of the high quality of our products, RDS Associates, Inc. enjoys an extremely low return-rate for our books, publications, and software, but occasionally a customer wishes to return their purchase. We want all of our customers to be completely happy and accordingly, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee of satisfaction with our books, publications, and software under the following terms and conditions:RDS Associates, Inc., will refund the purchase price of any book, publication, or software purchased from us if it's returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The details and restrictions of this guarantee are as follows:
- The book, publication, or software must be undamaged and in good and resalable condition.
- Any free books, reports, or other incentives provided with the purchase must also be returned in undamaged
and resalable condition.
- The refund will be limited to the purchase price of the product only, and will not include our charge for shipping
the book, publication, or software to you or your cost in returning it to us.
- We will promptly refund the purchase price (within 48 hours), by a credit to your charge card (if purchased
with a charge card) or by company check mailed directly to you.
- Foreign Purchasers Please Note: This Guarantee does not apply to purchases made from and shipped/mailed to countries outside of the United States. We have successfully shipped our products to over 50 countries in all parts of the world but we can not assume the responsibility for lost or damaged goods. Accordingly, the foreign purchaser is hereby notified that all purchases are at their own risk and no refunds of any kind will be made. However, whenever possible, the shipment will be insured to minimize the risk to the customer.
- BizPricer™ Business Valuation Software purchases must be returned within the 30 day guarantee period with the software (CD-ROM or Diskette) unopened. The user is required to determine if this software is suitable for their purposes by reviewing the accompanying BizPricer™ Manual. We guarantee that the software will perform exactly as stated in the accompanying Manual. After the software seal has been broken the extent of the guarantee is limited only to replacement of a defective CD-ROM or Diskette.
