Because of the very high bookstore-quality of our products, BuySellBiz.biz enjoys an extremely low return-rate for our Business Purchase and Sale Kit, but occasionally a customer wishes to return their purchase. We want all of our customers to be completely happy and accordingly, we offer a conditional 30 day guarantee of satisfaction under the following terms and conditions:

RDS Associates, Inc., doing business as BuySellBiz.biz, will refund the purchase price of your Kit purchased from us if it's returned within 30 days of the purchase date, in accordance with the details listed below. The details and restrictions of this guarantee are as follows:

The entire Kit including the books and software must be returned undamaged and in good and resalable condition within a 30 day period starting on the date of order placement.

The refund will be limited to the purchase price of the Kit only, less a 20% re-stocking fee, and will not include our charge for shipping the Kit to you or your cost in returning it to us.

We will promptly make a refund (within 48 hours), by a credit to your charge card (if purchased with a charge card) or by company check mailed directly to you.

Foreign Purchasers Please Note: This Guarantee does not apply to purchases made from and shipped/mailed to countries outside of the United States. We have successfully shipped our products to over 67 countries in all parts of the world but we can not assume the responsibility for lost or damaged goods through no fault of our own. Accordingly, the foreign purchaser is hereby notified that all purchases are at their own risk and no refunds of any kind will be made. However, whenever possible, the shipment will be insured to minimize any risk to the customer.

Our Shipping and Handling Policy:

All orders received by 2:00 p.m. Monday - Friday will be shipped that same day by Priority Mail (within the U.S.) for a shipping and handling charge of $14.95. Foreign purchasers will be contacted by email to arrange alternate shipping methods and charges.
